Essential Responsibilities

Perform general labour and repair dutiesSink, bathtub, countertop, and cabinet repairsFlooring, tile, drywall, and paint touch-upsWall and doorway repairDeficiency walk-throughs and reportingDamage prevention and site maintenanceMaintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment for the crew, public, and client

Qualifications 

1 - 3+ years of experience in residential or commercial restoration or renovation projectsApplicants with experience in stainless steel renewal, stone restoration, weather protection, glass scratch restoration, window sealing & mullion repair will be given preferenceStrong customer service and communication skillsExcellent time management and organizational abilitiesTechnically adept with strong problem-solving and learning skillsIntermediate First Aid and Transportation Endorsement, WHIMS, and Fall protection certification (completed or willingness to obtain) 

Working Conditions

Able to meet the physical requirements of the position which involves sitting, standing, bending, lifting (up to 25 pounds), in confined spaces and in various weather conditions (rain, snow, heat etc.) Occasional travel required to site and/or other office locationsSuccessful completion of pre-employment drug & alcohol requirements

Compensation

$24.45 - $31.83 per hour

This is the applicable wage range for this position. Individuals will be assigned a base wage within this range based on trade certification and/or apprenticeship level, industry experience, and work location.

Remote, site-based positions may be eligible for additional incentives including but not limited to travel and accommodation allowances.
