Responsibilities Follow daily rundown & take direction from the Floor Director, or designate, on   specific production needs Assist with movement of sets and props during the live show Assist with coordination and maintenance of the props and set storage areas Tidy up & wash Production Dishes and keep the production kitchen clean & organized Painting of set walls and rooms for studio Build set vignettes and props as required for daily lifestyle show Assist the Set Stylist as needed. Hiatus periods are unpaid unless other duties are assigned Other duties as assigned Qualifications Experience in a television environment recommended Ability to collaborate with production staff, set dec team and other stagehands is crucial Ability to lift / maneuverer up to 50lbs Skills / Requirements Preferred  Valid driver’s license Class G   Experience with carpentry and general hand and power tools   Comfort on a standard A-Frame Ladder   Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office applications 

 

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
