Minimum requirements:
LLB and admission as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa  4-5 years' post-admission experience in Labour, Commercial Law/Corporate Law and Public Governance Matters  Experience working with Labour Disputes. Disciplinary Hearings, CCMA/Bargaining Council and Labour Court matters Experience in Drafting and Reviewing Commercial Contracts, Corporate Governance Documents  Right of Appearance in the High Court In good standing with the LPC
