**Job Title: Lead Paint Removal Specialist**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated Lead Paint Removal Specialist to join our team for a restoration project of a communication tower. The role involves the safe removal of lead paint and requires adherence to strict safety protocols. The project is located in Hillcrest and is expected to last for 6 weeks, with the possibility of extension.
**Responsibilities**
+ Remove lead paint from an old cell tower in accordance with safety regulations.
+ Move materials as required for the project.
+ Wear a half-face respirator during work to ensure safety.
+ Participate in the restoration of a communication tower, focusing on the removal of lead paint.
**Essential Skills**
+ Lead Worker or Lead Supervisor Certification.
+ Experience in paint removal.
+ Knowledge and application of fall protection measures.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ General labor and construction experience.
+ Fall Protection certification is a plus.

**Work Environment**
Work on a commercial communication tower with hours from 7 AM to 3 PM. Safety is prioritized with the use of protective equipment, and the project site is free from asbestos.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
