Job Title: Laborer
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Laborer who can consistently lift heavy materials, perform basic math, and remain on their feet for extended periods, specifically 10-12 hours a day.
Responsibilities
Work from a mix sheet to determine specific pounds of materials needed for each client's order.Fill bags with dry mix weighing up to 100 pounds.Use order sheets to record work and verify the correct mix was made.Move bags up to 100 pounds from the pallet to the workstation and back.Perform general labor duties such as cleaning workstations, assisting operators with setup, and reorganizing inventory.Essential Skills
Ability to consistently lift up to 75 pounds.Basic math skills.Capability to stand and work on feet for 10-12 hours per day.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in physically demanding labor, such as in the oil and gas, steel, or construction industries, is preferred.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work is conducted in an industrial environment that can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Safety protocols include wearing a respirator in certain areas. Must be open to working all three shifts. This environment is akin to a steel or refractory facility.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.72 - $19.72/hr.
