Job Title: Construction Laborer – Water Crew

Location: East Stroudsburg, PA (Primary work in Mount Pocono area)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Construction Laborer to join our Water Crew. This role involves working outdoors in various conditions, including mud, water, and sewer lines. Candidates must be comfortable getting dirty and working in physically demanding environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of water and sewer linesOperate hand and power tools safely and effectivelyPerform trenching, pipe laying, and backfilling tasksSupport equipment operators and foremen as neededFollow safety protocols and company proceduresBe available for on-call duty every other week

Requirements:

Previous construction or utility work experience preferred but not requiredWillingness to work in muddy, wet, and sometimes unsanitary conditionsAbility to lift heavy materials and work on your feet for extended periodsReliable transportation to job sites in the Mount Pocono areaMust be comfortable with an on-call rotation (every other week)Strong work ethic and team player attitude

Pay: $20 - $24/hr

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
