The Laborer performs a variety of manual labor tasks to support the maintenance, repair, and operation of BRCC facilities and grounds. This role ensures a clean, safe, and functional environment for students, faculty, staff, and visitors. This is a full-time position. Minimum Qualifications No experience or training is required. Job Duties and Other Information Job Duties: + Perform general custodial, maintenance, and groundskeeping duties, including cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal. + Assist with moving, assembling, and setting up furniture, equipment, and event materials. + Perform minor repairs to facilities and equipment as directed. + Assist skilled trades personnel with maintenance and repair projects. + Maintain campus grounds by mowing, trimming, watering, planting, and removing debris. + Load, unload, and transport supplies, tools, and equipment. + Follow safety guidelines and report hazards or unsafe conditions promptly. + Operate basic hand and power tools in a safe and efficient manner. + Support special events by assisting with setup, breakdown, and cleanup.
