About this Job
This Laborer position is located in the Facilities & Planning office of Delgado Community College's New Orleans campuses. It requires physical effort to accomplish a variety of unskilled tasks and to assist skilled workers with janitorial or groundskeeping duties.

Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
+ Cuts grass, weeds, and edges areas as needed on campus using various gas-powered lawn care equipment.
+ Treats and eradicates campus grounds of red ants, wasps, raccoons and other life forms that endanger the well being of the campus community.
+ Maintains and makes repairs to horticultural equipment. Prunes and trims trees as needed.
