This is a full-time, year-round position ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, are team-oriented, and are committed to providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

🕒 Schedule: Friday–Monday, 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM

💲 Pay Range: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour, depending on experience

🔧 Key Responsibilities:Perform general labor tasks at the transfer station, including site cleanup and equipment supportSafely flag and direct traffic entering and exiting the facilityAssist customers with unloading and disposal processesOperate minor equipment as neededOccasionally drive within the landfill area (requires a valid driver’s license and clean driving record)✅ Qualifications:Minimum of 1 year of experience in a physically demanding outdoor roleComfortable working in environments with strong odors and varying weather conditionsAbility to stand and work outdoors for up to 10 hours per shiftAble to lift up to 50 lbs regularlyWillingness to work at multiple locations if neededHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver’s license and clean driving recordThis is a safety-sensitive position and requires passing a pre-employment background check and drug screening.🌱 Why Join Waste Connections?
