**Work Schedule** Standard (Mon-Fri) **Environmental Conditions** Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Laboratory Setting, Office, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Will work with hazardous/toxic materials **Job Description** **Summary** The lab technician will provide support for scientists in R&D and GMP laboratory areas. **Essential Functions:** Clean laboratory glassware, dispose waste, and maintain an orderly laboratory. Prepare various solutions including dissolution media, diluents, and mobile phases. Maintain inventory, ordering, and stocking of supplies. Issue and review laboratory notebooks, logbooks, and other documentation. Support stability set downs, pulls, and disposals. Perform verifications on basic analytical equipment (balances, pipettes, pH meter). May communicate with vendors, as needed. Participate in initiatives to improve laboratory operations and complete assignments with little guidance. May support routine laboratory testing (e.g. water content, pH, XRPD, preparation of standards). Follows Standard Operating Procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Laboratory Practices, and Safety guidelines. **Education** High School Diploma or GED.
