Job Title: Laboratory Technician Location: Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Type: Direct Hire Responsibilities: + Perform routine and complex laboratory testing in accordance with established procedures and competency standards. + Conduct and document quality control, calibration, maintenance, and proficiency testing to ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance. + Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment; escalate unresolved issues as needed. + Support laboratory compliance efforts, including method validations, policy updates, and adherence to safety and HIPAA regulations. + Maintain a safe, organized work environment, manage inventory, and contribute to continuous departmental improvement.
