Coilcraft operates in a wide range of industries, including telecommunications, computers, automotive, broadband communications, and consumer electronics. We seek a skilled individual to join our engineering team as a Laboratory Technician.\n
Key Responsibilities:\n\nPerform laboratory tests and experiments related to materials development, analysis, and characterization.\nPrepare, process, and analyze samples of polymers, metals, ceramics, or composites using standard techniques.\nAssist in developing and optimizing material formulations and processes.\nMaintain and calibrate laboratory instruments and equipment to ensure reliable results.\nRecord, organize, and interpret experimental data with attention to detail and accuracy.\nCollaborate with scientists and engineers to troubleshoot and solve technical challenges.\nFollow established safety protocols and contribute to maintaining a safe laboratory environment.\n\n
Qualifications:\n\nHigh School Diploma or GED is required.\nBasic understanding of laboratory techniques, including sample preparation, chemical handling, and analytical methods.\nStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.\nFamiliarity with laboratory software is a plus but not required.\nChemistry experience is a plus but not required.\n\n
