Job description: 1. Conduct tests on samples according to standard requirements, work instructions and equipment usage manual. Evaluates test performance and conduct relative testing independently. 2. Support Lab Manager/Supervisor on new testing capability build up, by familiar with testing standard, work instructions etc. 3. Operate designated machines and laboratory special equipment, records observed and calculated data on testing datasheet. 4. Plan tests, evaluate test results and report self-opinions and interpretations. 5. Apply continuous improvement concepts and techniques into all aspects of the job. 6. Performs other duties as directed. Requirements: 1. College or above degree, graduate from technological university. 2. Good English skills in reading and writing, CET-4, CET-6 is better. 3. Good communication and collaboration skills. 4. Have more than one year wire cable or related product testing experience.
