Join a dynamic team in the chemical manufacturing industry as a Laboratory Tech I, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring product quality and supporting plant operations.

Role Overview

Perform routine and non-routine laboratory analysis/wet chemistry on product and in-process samples to support quality assurance/control. Calibrate and maintain test equipment to ensure accurate results. Prepare samples and generate precise data records in accordance with standard operating procedures. Utilize analytical instruments to resolve quality assurance/control issues. Prepare chemical stock solutions and reagents, setting preparation standards as needed. Receive direction and support from lab supervisors and chemists.

Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel. Knowledge of process control methodologies. Experience with quality control systems is preferred. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Education & Experience

Qualifications: Polytechnic graduate with a background in Chemical, Process, or Technical Engineering. Experience: Relevant experience in laboratory settings is advantageous.
