Essential

Two years experience in supervising a team.Two years experience in mechanical testing.Demonstrable ability to interpret industry standards for test requirements.Active participation in Nadcap MTL audits.

Desirable 

Bachelor of Science degree (or equivalent experience) in Metallurgy, Metallurgical Engineering or Material Science (Desired).

To manage the daily activities of the test laboratory.  The Laboratory Supervisor will be responsible for the scheduling and testing of WIP, training and certification of lab technicians, maintaining calibration of the test equipment and ensuring Nadcap MTL requirements are adhered to as defined in our internal procedures.

Schedule team activity to maintain daily required batch closure.Maintain test technician certification.Maintain calibration status of laboratory test equipment.Liaise with customers to resolve any identified issues.Work with process owners to develop internal processes/procedures.Maintain laboratory 5S standards.Schedule team activity to maintain daily required batch closure.Maintain test technician certification.
