Our client, a leader in the laboratory services industry, is seeking a Laboratory Specialist to join their team. As a Laboratory Specialist, you will be part of the laboratory operations supporting various technical projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Laboratory Specialist

Location: Chesterfield, Missouri

Pay Rate: $36.00 hourly

Contract: 18 Month (extension/conversion to perm possible)

What's the Job?

Execute PCE requests, protocols, engineering studies, and validation studies. Coordinate documentation through the laboratory and ensure accuracy while consulting with other laboratory staff. Lead or participate in multi-functional teams to identify and resolve product testing issues. Ensure that all instrumentation and equipment is properly maintained and calibrated. Manage laboratory documentation and develop lab operating procedures to ensure effective lab operations.

What's Needed?

BA Degree in Science Minimum of 10 years of experience: Experience as a laboratory technician/professional requiring the operation and maintenance of instruments (minimum 6 years). Experience in project testing coordination (minimum 2 years). Experience working within a regulated environment (minimum 3 years preferred). Experience developing testing methodologies and conducting testing on pharmaceutical container systems (minimum 1 year).
