Job Summary:Responsible for leading Project Management operational delivery for complex clinical research studies while serving as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Drives study setup, execution, and continuous improvement to ensure high-quality delivery aligned with customer and regulatory expectations.
What You'll Be Doing:Lead study setup activities including protocol and budget review, project planning, and risk managementManage complex clinical studies across multiple regions, ensuring high-quality database setup and documentation readinessMonitor study progress, timelines, and deliverables while maintaining accurate documentation within eTMF systemsAct as primary customer contact, building strong relationships and leading meetings, presentations, and governance activitiesOversee study scope, budget, and quality, implementing corrective actions and sharing lessons learnedCoordinate cross-functional teams and serve as escalation point for study and program-level issuesProvide training to sites, CRAs, and customers, while mentoring junior team membersSupport process improvements, audits, inspections, and may lead global customer programs
What We Are Looking For:Bachelor's Degree Life Sciences or related field preferred5+ years of clinical or research industry experience, including 3-year project management / project set up experience preferredThorough knowledge of Project Management processes and central laboratory operations (kits/supplies, logistics, specimen storage, data reporting and transfers)Demonstrated computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with centralized laboratory systems or equivalentOther equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
