Job DescriptionSupport laboratory daily operations and facility management as directed by Team Leader/ManagerPerform administrative tasks, printing, filing, scanning, invoicing, procurement of office supplies and lab consumables, updating SOP, attending to incoming phone calls and visitor receptionManage laboratory reagent and consumables inventory, including stock level monitoring, usage tracking, expiry date control, and replenishment planning to ensure uninterrupted lab operations.Perform tasks related to Internal and external archiving (documents & media tapes)Contact sites / customers via email or phone when required by daily operationsGenerate documents and reports as required by daily operationsSupport Operation in daily purchasing activitiesProvide guidance for users/ requestors / suppliers of the labPlace Purchase Order and follow up with supplier for goods/services delivery & receipt.Participate to supplier Selection, qualification and price negotiation Be primary contact person to finance team, Purchasing team & Lab for inventory and or sourcing (estimated quantity, technical requirement from lab for a product/service)Cooperate with Finance Team, Purchase team to source alternatives (better suppliers / better products in aspect of commercial terms, and help to follow with lab to approve new sourceOther purchasing tasks and expense reporting as assigned by supervisor

QualificationsMinimum Diploma and aboveProficient in both English and MandarinMotivated individual with excellent time management and strong attention to detailsImmediate availability is preferred
