Contribute to laboratory operations, quality standards, and cross‑functional collaboration.What You’ll Be Doing:Perform routine specimen analysis and document results in accordance with SOPs and regulationsReview and evaluate analytical results and escalate irregular findings to senior laboratory staffPrepare buffers and solutions and support post‑analysis sample and reagent storageAssist with drafting and refining laboratory procedures and maintaining 6S housekeeping standardsCommunicate clearly with cross‑functional teams and report supply needsWhat We Are Looking For:High School Diploma or equivalent; some locations may require a Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, or medical laboratory technology.Knowledge of basic laboratory principles and Good Laboratory PracticesUnderstanding of laboratory safety, infection control, and hazardous chemical handlingFamiliarity with laboratory instrumentation and standard computer applicationsOther Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degreeThe Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed for This Role:Ability to maintain accurate reporting procedures and manage workflow efficientlyStrong collaboration skills for working with internal partnersAbility to follow established procedures and maintain quality standardsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs, frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting, close eye work requirement (computer, typing, reading small prints). Physical demands vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks. The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $34,700.00 - $72,300.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
