Laboratory Associate

In this role, you will support laboratory operations by coordinating study cases, handling routine data workflows, and ensuring accurate documentation. You will collaborate closely with pathologists and internal teams to maintain high-quality study execution.
**What You’ll Be Doing:**
+ Assist in coordinating study cases and manage case movement between pathologists
+ Track 15–20 studies using established trackers and maintain accurate documentation
+ Assist with receiving and shipping samples to internal and external partners
+ Support preparation, storage, and organization of samples and study materials
+ Perform routine data entry and documentation following SOPs and regulatory guidelines
**What We Are Looking For:**
High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and LabMatrix or similar tracking systems
+ Ability to follow laboratory SOPs and data workflows accurately
+ Basic understanding of laboratory environments and sample-handling concepts
+ Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
**The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed for This Role:**
+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
+ Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
+ Strong organizational and time‑management skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting, close eye work requirement (computer, typing, reading small prints). Physical demands vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks. Occasional exposure to cold temperatures.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $34,700.00 - $72,300.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
