Generates accurate analytical data to support clinical research activities.What You'll Be Doing:Perform routine analysis of clinical specimens and document results in accordance with SOPs and applicable regulatory guidelinesEvaluate analytical results for validity using laboratory computer systems and defined algorithmsIdentify, document, and escalate potential performance errors or unusual results to senior laboratory personnelPrepare buffers, reagents, and solutions required for laboratory analysisManage post-analysis sample and reagent storage in compliance with proceduresAssist in the development, review, and maintenance of laboratory procedures and techniquesMaintain good housekeeping practices in alignment with 6S standardsCommunicate clearly and effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and notify appropriate staff of supply shortagesWhat We Are Looking For:High School Diploma or equivalent, or Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, medical laboratory technology, or a related scientific discipline as required by locationHands-on experience performing routine laboratory testing using analytical instruments and laboratory information systemsWorking knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices, laboratory safety standards, and infection control proceduresOther Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degreeThe Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed for This Role:Basic understanding of laboratory principles, equipment, instrumentation, and scientific terminologyAbility to follow detailed procedures, maintain accurate documentation, and manage workflow effectivelyStrong attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies or atypical resultsEffective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholdersBasic computer proficiency for data entry, review, and reportingWhat We Offer You:We put our employees at the center of everything we do and are committed to providing them, and their families, with benefits that meet their diverse and changing needs. The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $34,700.00 - $72,300.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
