**_Über die Stelle_** Als Teil unseres Teams in der Insulin-Produktion im Fermentations-Labor von MIB (G680) gewährleistest Du durch Deine selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise die ordnungsgemäße Prüfung unserer Zwischenprodukte. Dabei ist uns die Einhaltung der GMP- und Sicherheitsrichtlinien besonders wichtig. **Hauptverantwortlichkeiten:** + Unterstützung bei Projekten in Verbindung Analytik-Transfer sowie Durchführung der Methoden und dessen Auswertung unter GMP-Bedingungen + Termingerechte Durchführung mikrobiologischer und chemisch-physikalischer Prüfungen an Synthese-Zwischenprodukten sowie von Inprozesskontrollen unter Anwendung mikrobiologischer, chemischer, photometrischer u.a. Methoden + GMP-gerechte Dokumentation der erhobenen Prüfergebnisse + Durchführung von Gerätekalibrierungen + Mitarbeit bei der Labororganisation (Ablage, Materialbeschaffung, Bearbeitung des Probeneingangs) + Durchführung von Gerätequalifizierungen + Weiterentwickeln und validieren von Prüfverfahren unter Anleitung des Vorgesetzten + Mitarbeit bei der Mikrobiologischen Qualitätssicherung in Zusammenarbeit mit den Vorgesetzen und anderen Abteilungen + Verfassen und Überarbeitung von Dokumenten und Prüfanweisungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Vorgesetzen und anderen Abteilungen + Durchführung von GMP-Schulungen + Mitarbeit beim SOP-Dokumentenmanagement des Fermentationslabors in Zusammenarbeit mit den Vorgesetzen und anderen Abteilungen + Sicherstellung einer GMP-gerechten Dokumentation und Überwachung des GMP-Status des Fermentationslabors und der Lantus-F Reinräume + Einhaltung von Regelungen der GMP, des Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutzes im Labor + Einhalten der Sicherheit / Umweltschutzrichtlinien im Rahmen des HSE-Systems **_Über dich_** Gesucht wird ein*e motivierte Mitarbeiter*in, die im Team flexibel im den Bereichen IPC- und Monitoring- Kontrolle mitarbeitet und bereit ist, sich in neue Techniken einzuarbeiten. + **Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung** + Biologielaborant, Chemielaborant oder gleichwertige Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung + Erfahrung mit chemischen, physikalischen und instrumentellen Kontrollverfahren + **Soziale Kompetenzen** + Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität + Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in GMP und HSE + **Technische Fähigkeiten / Fertigkeiten** + Selbständige und sehr gut dokumentierte Arbeitsweise + Umgang mit Laborinformationsmanagementsystemen (LIMS) + Sicherheit im Umgang mit PC-Standardsoftware MS-Office, Outlook, EDV, etc. + **Sprachen** + Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift **Pursue** _Progress_ . **Discover** _Extraordinary_ .
