Job SummaryThe College of Literature, Science and Arts (LSA) at the University of Michigan is currently seeking well-qualified applicants for a unique role supporting unionized personnel and contracts in LSA. As a Labor Relations Representative (Intermediate), you'll work under the general direction of the LSA Manager for Labor Relations to advise on and administer labor agreements, and handle and resolve complaints and disputes.
Part of LSA's value comes from in-person engagement on the Ann Arbor campus: our classrooms, our labs, our museums, Michigan Stadium, the Diag, and similar locations. To help maintain this experience and recognize the diverse needs of staff, a hybrid work arrangement is available. When on-site, you will work from our office on central campus.

Additional InformationThe salary range for this position is $70,000 to $79,825. A higher salary may be possible for well-qualified candidates.
