Responsibilities The Opportunity Lead, and execute the company’s labor relations strategy to ensure a harmonious work environment, full compliance with labor regulations, and strong relationships with both unionized and non-unionized stakeholders. Act as a strategic business partner in conflict prevention, change management, and the reinforcement of a positive organizational culture in a highly people-driven operation. Your Impact • Design and implement the labor relations strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with national labor laws. • Manage relationships with unions and employee committees, including negotiation, administration, and monitoring of collective bargaining agreements, fostering a constructive and sustainable dialogue. • Advise and support business leaders and operational teams on proper application of labor policies, disciplinary actions, and workplace climate management. • Develop and implement initiatives to promote a positive labor culture, based on respect, equity, inclusion, and trust. • Oversee disciplinary processes and terminations, ensuring due process, documentation integrity, and ethical execution aligned with the ER COE • Coordinate internal and external labor audits with the ER COE, preparing documentation and ensuring timely and effective responses and follow-ups. • Manage labor relations KPIs and reporting, providing strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership. • Represent the company before labor authorities and legal entities during inspections, mediations, or conciliations. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? • Law/ Labor relations professional • At least 8 years of HR experience and 5 years in labor positions • Strong labor law knowledge and management (desirable knowledge in Andean countries) • Strong people, leadership, communication, negotiation, drive for results under pressure, innovation • English Medium If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
