Labeling Associate - Regulatory Affairs
Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Regulatory Affairs Labeling Associate to join a dynamic team in Bridgewater, NJ. This long-term contract position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to regulatory compliance and process improvement within the health and pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will support labeling projects, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and ensure timely project completion. Responsibilities: • Coordinate labeling projects to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines. • Offer expert guidance to team members regarding labeling regulations and procedural requirements. • Execute project deliverables, including initiating, reviewing, and implementing label updates with a high level of precision. • Communicate project progress and updates to cross-functional teams to align efforts and meet deadlines. • Build strong relationships with departmental leaders to enhance understanding of process needs and objectives. • Represent Clinical Development Operations in project management meetings to provide insights and updates. • Develop pharmaceutical labeling drafts and final versions for submission, ensuring adherence to regulatory and client requirements. • Collaborate with external vendors to create accurate labeling proofs and oversee final approvals. • Manage and track the review process for labeling pieces to ensure timely submissions. • Identify and implement necessary changes to approved labeling based on regulatory updates and reference drug modifications. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Regulatory Affairs department - labeling experience • Strong understanding of regulatory affairs within the pharmaceutical industry. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams. • Familiarity with pharmaceutical labeling processes and requirements. • Experience with vendor coordination and ensuring accuracy in deliverables. • Proficiency in tracking and maintaining documentation according to procedural standards. • Ability to adapt to evolving regulations and industry standards.
