**1st shift Pharmacy Technician needed in Florence OR!!!**

Adecco Health Care & Life Sciences is actively hiring a **Pharmacy Technician** to support pharmacy operations under the supervision of licensed pharmacists in **Florence, OR** .
We’re looking for reliable, patient-focused individuals who thrive in a collaborative team setting and are committed to accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory excellence.
**Shift:** Monday- Friday 10am-7pm
**Pay rate** : The anticipation pay rate is between $30-$32.61/hr. _Hourly rate may depend on upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors._
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Inventory & Records Management
+ Receive, unpack, and store incoming drug orders.
+ File and maintain pharmacy records and prescriptions.
+ Keep pharmacy areas and equipment clean, organized, and compliant.
**Prescription Processing**
+ File completed prescriptions for patient pickup.
+ Dispense refills when authorized by a pharmacist.
+ Count, pour, and reconstitute medications under supervision.
+ Ensure all work is verified and initialed by a licensed pharmacist.
**Customer & Provider Communication**
+ Manage non-clinical phone inquiries from patients and healthcare providers.
+ Refill requests and authorizations.
+ Pricing, availability, and prescription status.
+ Delivery and business operation information.
+ Coordinate orders with wholesalers and suppliers.
**Data Entry & Workflow Support**
+ Enter prescription data and monitor label generation.
+ Transcribe prescription orders with pharmacist verification.
+ Retrieve patient profile information for pharmacy use.
+ Assist in preparing medications and pulling stock as needed.
**Qualifications**
+ High school diploma or equivalent required.
+ Pharmacy technician certification (as required in Washington).
+ Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting preferred.
+ Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
+ Understanding of pharmacy operations, HIPAA, and patient confidentiality.

**Pay Details:** $30.00 to $32.61 per hour
