Airswift is partnering with a key oil and gas client to look for an experienced Lab Technician to support daily maintenance, testing, and equipment activities within a fast?paced operations environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical aptitude, a commitment to safety, and the ability to collaborate across teams.

Key Responsibilities Identify and support improvements in maintenance work processes and overall efficiency. Perform maintenance, testing, and general equipment repair following established procedures and guidelines. Ensure all work meets required productivity, quality, safety, and environmental standards. Follow best?practice guidance from Discipline Specialists to ensure consistent execution. Support knowledge sharing and teamwork between the lab, area teams, and specialist groups. Coach and support Technicians, contributing to training plan development. Maintain strict safety and environmental compliance in all maintenance activities. Read and interpret plant and instrument diagrams. What You Bring 5–7 years of experience in a technical, maintenance, or laboratory support role. Ability to provide solid technical and/or administrative support in lab and field environments. Willingness and ability to learn industry terminology, applications, and standard procedures. Experience performing routine laboratory, maintenance, or field tasks using defined processes. Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
