Job Summary:

电气可靠性测试员，职位主要职责是对空调整机及其零部件进行可靠性测试、安规测试及EMC测试。解决在测试过程中遇到的问题，排除故障，并与实验室其他团队成员协作，保证测试任务的按时交付。

职责：

能单独承接测试项目，确保测试及时有效完成。保证测试数据质量。能解决测试设备出现的常见故障，协助解决困难问题。 熟悉测试设备维护保养条目，完成维护保养工作。参与安全管理。环境测试领域，熟悉盐雾箱操作，熟悉温湿度箱操作，熟悉ASTM G85 SWATT测试标准。安规测试领域，熟悉UL60335-2-40测试标准。能快速有效的对样品进行正确测试布局。读懂常规机组电气原理图。熟悉数据采集软件。能快速进行管路匹配，焊接PPR，接零部件弱电，预估安全。编制测试报告。参与能力验证试验，确保结果满意。

资格：

理工科专业，电气工程及其自动化，机械电子等专业优先。一年（本科）或三年（大专）以上的相关技术工作经验优先。具有空调行业电气安全测试经验或环境可靠性测试等工作经验者优先，熟悉家用电器EMC测试优先。有CNAS试验室工作经验者优先。英语四级及以上优先。有电工证优先。

关键技能：

学习能力强，善于钻研。熟练使用Office办公软件。
