What You’ll Be Doing:

Run lab-scale sample generation and testing to support customer programs and R&D projects

Troubleshoot and maintain lab equipment used in production and property evaluation

Assist with machine scale-up projects and provide accurate data for decision-making

Maintain organized and thorough documentation—logs, notebooks, digital records

Perform stoichiometric calculations (by hand or software) to support production work

Conduct technical research using online tools to solve real-world challenges

Collaborate with engineers, manufacturing staff, and R&D teams to drive results

Manage multiple tasks under direction from various supervisors and meet tight timelines

Follow EHS and SOP protocols to ensure a safe and efficient work environment

What We’re Looking For:

1–3 years of lab experience (academic, internship, or industry-related)

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Familiarity with lab safety and standard operating procedures

Comfortable with basic calculations and technical documentation

Tech-savvy and capable with Microsoft Office tools

Team player with great communication skills and a proactive mindset

Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
