This role will provide hands-on support in our dynamic hydraulics test lab, assisting technicians and engineers with critical test operations and lab maintenance activities. This is a part-time (minimum 20 hours per week) position, working in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. Pay rate for this position will range from $20.00 to $24.00 per hour, depending on education level and experience. **Job Responsibilities** **Responsibilities:** + Assist technicians with test stand setups and troubleshooting. + Support 5S initiatives to maintain lab organization, cleanliness, and safety. + Participate in the relocation of test stands, including disassembly, reassembly, and documentation. + Help maintain detailed documentation for test stand configurations and test procedures. + Assist with new test stand builds and related capital projects. **Background and Skills** **Qualifications:** + Currently pursuing or recently completed an associate's degree in Fluid Power Engineering Technician (AAS) or a similar technical program. + Strong foundational knowledge of hydraulics. + Hands-on mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting capabilities. + Ability and willingness to learn quickly, take initiative, and contribute positively to team objectives. + Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. + Preferred candidates have diverse work experiences demonstrating adaptability and practical skills. **Additional Information:** + **No relocation assistance provided.** + **Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.** At Danfoss, we foster an inclusive environment that values diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
