Job Title: Lab Technician Location: Oro Valley, AZ Schedule: M - F, 7am - 4pm Pay Rate: $20/hr Type: Contract, Potential for extension or conversion to permanent Responsibilities + Support laboratory experiments and research activities + Prepare lab materials and samples for testing + Ensure compliance with laboratory safety and quality standards + Assist with data collection and documentation + Maintain lab inventory and equipment Requirements + 0–5 years of experience + Strong problem-solving skills + Excellent communication abilities + Knowledge of industry best practices Key Skills Desired: + ** Technical aptitude, including previous experience maintaining/servicing diagnostics or lab equipment + **Strong interpersonal skills, including experience in customer service dealing with the direct public (e.g., retail, restaurant, banking, or other service field) + **Strong capacity for handling simultaneous projects while strategically prioritizing critical tasks.
