Lab Technician

Shifts Available: rotating shift / 4 on and 4 off

2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 8:30 AMAbout the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll perform accurate and timely testing of samples to support production, sales, and material management. If you enjoy hands-on lab work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and analyze samples using established proceduresPerform multiple tests concurrently with high accuracyConduct in-process testing (XRF, LOD, LOI) and document resultsRun Carbon and Chloride analysis using LECO and titration methodsMaintain lab equipment and perform daily checksReport sample quality issues and suggest corrective actionsCommunicate effectively during shift changesKeep lab areas clean, organized, and well-stockedQualifications

Required:

Associate’s degree in a scientific fieldCollege-level lab experience or internshipAbility to understand technical procedures and regulationsStrong communication and documentation skills

Preferred:

Coursework in ChemistryHands-on experience in a lab or manufacturing setting

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
