Shifts Available: rotating shift / 4 on and 4 off + 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM + 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 8:30 AM About the Role We're looking for a detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll perform accurate and timely testing of samples to support production, sales, and material management. Key Responsibilities + Prepare and analyze samples using established procedures + Perform multiple tests concurrently with high accuracy + Conduct in-process testing (XRF, LOD, LOI) and document results + Run Carbon and Chloride analysis using LECO and titration methods + Maintain lab equipment and perform daily checks + Report sample quality issues and suggest corrective actions + Communicate effectively during shift changes + Keep lab areas clean, organized, and well-stocked Qualifications Required: + Associate’s degree in a scientific field + College-level lab experience or internship + Ability to understand technical procedures and regulations + Strong communication and documentation skills Preferred: + Coursework in Chemistry + Hands-on experience in a lab or manufacturing setting Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
