Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Lab Technician to perform chemical analysis of plating baths and process solutions using titration, spectrophotometry, and other methods. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our processes with industry standards.

ResponsibilitiesConduct chemical analysis of plating baths and process solutions using titration, spectrophotometry, and other methods.Prepare and maintain standard solutions, reagents, and laboratory equipment.Monitor bath chemistry to ensure compliance with internal specifications and industry standards.Assist in maintaining records of analysis, solution concentrations, and corrective actions.Support environmental testing and wastewater treatment monitoring.Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot quality issues or solution variances.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laboratory workspace.Adhere to all safety and environmental protocols.Essential SkillsQuality controlLaboratory experienceTitration expertiseExperience with metal finishingChemistry knowledgeGMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)Quality control and assuranceAdditional Skills & QualificationsNo degree necessaryExperience in metal finishing preferredWork Environment

The position is based in a laboratory environment. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, with 10-hour workdays and the possibility of 10-15 hours of overtime per week.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
