Key Responsibilities:

Perform laboratory processes such as seed dropping, planting, harvesting, and grinding

Operate lab equipment and assist with routine maintenance

Follow standard operating procedures to ensure data accuracy and quality

Support inventory tasks, including receiving, inspecting, and restocking lab materials

Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and quality guidelines

Required Skills & Experience:

Associate degree in a scientific or technical discipline

Ability to lift 40-50 lbs and stand for extended periods (4-6 hours)

Comfortable performing repetitive hand/arm tasks in a lab setting

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
