Job Summary:Support the Project Manager and broader project team by coordinating routine laboratory project activities across the full study lifecycle, from start-up through close-out. Help ensure study deliverables are completed efficiently, accurately, and in line with standard operating procedures, protocol requirements, and customer expectations.
What You'll Be Doing:Support study start-up activities by preparing meeting minutes, action logs, and protocol-specific laboratory instruction documentsCoordinate routine study tasks such as site loading, Investigator Portal access, kit shipments, and day-to-day study monitoringUse status reports, monitoring tools, and study outputs to identify trends and provide feedback on site and service performancePartner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve protocol questions, queries, issues, and escalations in a timely mannerLead customer communications and support project-related activities when the Project Manager is unavailableAssist with project close-out activities and help ensure study documentation and deliverables are completed appropriatelyParticipate in meetings, audits, inspections, and study training activities with sites, CRAs, and customers
What We Are Looking For:High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree in life sciences or related field preferred1+ years relevant experience (Clinical, Medical or Healthcare industry preferred)Computer proficiency in word processing, presentation and spreadsheet applicationsAbility to use monitoring tools, status reports, and study outputs to support study performance tracking and issue resolutionOther Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

Physical demands vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks. Occasional exposure to cold temperatures.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $44,500.00 - $92,600.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
