This role involves coordinating daily operations, managing equipment maintenance protocols, and leading infrastructure improvement initiatives in a fast-paced quantum research environment. **Key Responsibilities** + Coordinate daily cleanroom operations and supervise technical staff including researchers, engineers, and laboratory technicians. + Develop and implement equipment maintenance schedules and operational procedures for advanced nanofabrication systems. + Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain documentation of all laboratory procedures. + Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to support professional development. + Stay current with emerging nanofabrication technologies and recommend improvements to laboratory capabilities. + Participate in strategic planning sessions and report progress updates to senior management. **Minimum Requirements** + Associate degree or equivalent technical certification in engineering, materials science, or related field. + 3+ years of experience + Prior experience managing a laboratory + Strong leaderships skills _This job description is a complete list of all desired skills, but not all are required.
