Job Description We are seeking a hands-on team member to support operations in our shared lab space, primarily working with rework stations and soldering irons. This role involves evaluating circuit boards for failures and performing rework on integrated circuits. The candidate will manage a steady flow of components into design and manufacturing fixtures, rapidly gaining familiarity with system functionality. A key responsibility includes identifying process pain points and opportunities for improvement. While not directly tied to quality control or design control, this position plays a vital support role within the broader engineering and manufacturing team. This person may also do some generic lab inventory for calibrations.
