Stryker is seeking a Lab Management Lead for our Neurovascular division. This is an onsite role based in Fremont, CA.
What you will do
As the Lab Management Lead, you will oversee and direct operations of the Preclinical Labs in the United States. This individual contributor role will manage day-to-day operations of the Radiation safety program for the R&D operations teams and be the EHS radiation Point of Contact for the Neurovascular site (preclinical and R&D ionizing radiation lab equipment).
Co-develop and deliver operator training programs for all ionizing radiation equipment in Preclinical and R&D labs
Collaborate with cross functional teams to prioritize lab calendars for preclinical spaces
Collaborate with management teams and EHS on Radiation Safety program, dosimeter program, and polices ensuring clear communications and understanding of policy updates
Oversee system upgrades and preventative maintenance of lab equipment
Oversee all aspects of preclinical labs including lab budget, lab equipment, inventory management, lab physical space maintenance, appearance (cleanliness), and scheduling lab activities
Collaborate with event managers to ensure optimal customer experience
Collaborate with NV teams and management to ensure that the lab experience is consistently in line with directives
Collaborate with teams utilizing the lab to ensure the best experience accomplishing the goals of Our Mission
What you need
Required
Bachelor of Arts or Science degree required OR, combination of years of experience in lieu of a degree
4+ years of full-time work experience required
3+ years of experience working in a Preclinical/surgical/CATH lab facility
$100,400.00 - $160,800.00 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
