Job Description: Lab Engineering Technician
Join our team as a Lab Engineering Technician, where you will play an integral role in conducting advanced spray applications research to enhance customer efficiency and sustainability. You will be responsible for setting up test equipment, collecting and organizing data, and developing comprehensive reports independently or collaboratively, depending on the project scope. This position is perfect for a self-starter eager to grow professionally and contribute to laboratory maintenance and organization.
Responsibilities
+ Conduct laboratory experiments and develop final reports.
+ Summarize test results for customer reporting.
+ Set up test equipment and collect data.
+ Organize data and draw conclusions for customer reporting.
+ Participate in general maintenance, cleaning, and organization of the lab and equipment.
Essential Skills
+ Associate degree or certificate in science, engineering, or related technologies.
+ Experience with laboratory techniques including setup, data collection, and reporting.
+ Ability to read technical datasheets and blueprints.
+ Familiarity with fluids, plumbing, piping, and electronics.
+ Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
+ Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a team environment.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Familiarity with control systems and programming languages is a plus.
+ Fast and willing learner of scientific and technical products and their industry uses.
+ AAS or BS in Engineering Technology, Chemistry, Biology, or Circuit Board.
+ 2-3 years of experience working in a lab setting for experienced candidates.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
