You will ensure high‑quality data generation while upholding safety, quality, and regulatory standards.What You’ll Be Doing:Perform routine specimen testing and document results according to SOPs and regulatory guidelinesEvaluate analytical results and escalate performance issues or unusual findings to senior staffPrepare buffers, solutions, and maintain sample and reagent storageSupport development and documentation of new laboratory proceduresCommunicate clearly with cross‑functional teams and assist in maintaining a safe, compliant, and organized lab environmentWhat We Are Looking For:High School Diploma or equivalent.Basic knowledge of laboratory principles, equipment, and instrumentationUnderstanding of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and regulatory standardsFamiliarity with laboratory safety, hazardous chemical handling, and infection control proceduresOther Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degreeThe Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed for This Role:Ability to collaborate effectively and maintain accurate reporting and workflowStrong attention to detail with basic computer proficiencyCapability to work independently while supporting team prioritiesAbility to lift up to 50 lbs, frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting, close eye work requirement (computer, typing, reading small prints). Physical demands vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks. The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $34,700.00 - $72,300.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
