**Job Summary and Responsibilities** Are you a meticulous, customer-focused individual seeking a crucial role in patient diagnostics? Join our essential laboratory team as a Lab Assistant / Phlebotomist! You'll be at the heart of our operations, primarily in specimen processing and intake, ensuring the swift and accurate handling of vital samples to support patient care. You will: + Process, organize, and quickly move samples for testing; handle all lab send-out testing including packaging. + Practice positive patient identification; demonstrate HumanKindness and good communication skills. + Take responsibility for workflow and foster collaboration. + Perform venous and capillary punctures on all age groups, following collection procedures.
