We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented leader to head the omnichannel marketing strategies for the consumer segment (PC ) in the Latin America and Caribbean region. This role will be key in translating the global vision into local plans, driving brand growth, consumer connection, and business results.

Main Responsibilities:

Design and execute omnichannel marketing strategies tailored to the specific needs and dynamics of the Latin America and Caribbean markets.Translate the global marketing vision into integrated local business plans and actionable tactics for the consumer segment.Continuously optimize marketing strategies, adapting to changes in consumer behavior and market conditions, as well as to the various Lenovo launches in PCs and tablets.Manage regional and local budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and a focus on measurable results.Lead key marketing initiatives from conception to execution, in collaboration with cross-functional teams (campaigns, events, incentives, in-store activations, digital, influencers, among other 360 actions).Use data-driven insights to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies to maximize impact.

Ideal Profile:
