We are seeking a highly skilled L3 Voice Support Technician with deep expertise in Microsoft Teams Voice and enterprise telephony systems. Candidates will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing voice platforms integrated with MS Teams, including Cisco, Avaya, Ribbon, and external carrier systems. The ideal candidate will bring strong operational leadership, technical acumen, and a proactive approach to voice service reliability and performance. Please apply for details: Hybrid: Must sit on site 3 days a week in Charlotte, NC Key responsibilities: + Provide expert-level support for MS Teams Voice and its interoperability with core voice services. + Troubleshoot and resolve complex voice interconnectivity issues across Enterprise Telephony, Contact Center, and Transport layers. + Lead technical recovery efforts for in-house voice systems and coordinate escalations with external carriers. + Provision, test, and repair voice systems including Cisco, Avaya, Ribbon, E911, and Nice Recording (a plus). + Participate in a rotating on-call schedule with other team members. + Engage with cross-functional teams (Domain Ops, CCO, Network Escalation) to ensure seamless voice operations. + Manage incident, change, and problem tickets using Remedy or ServiceNow. + Provide clear communication and leadership during outages and change-related incidents.
