L3 ServiceNow Developer
Job Description A client of Insight Global is looking to add a ServiceNow Developer with solid ITSM and platform administration experience to support and enhance our ServiceNow environment. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ITSM processes, CMDB, Discovery, Integrations, and related modules. Must be able to work in fast-paced environment, often requiring collaboration with various teams and stakeholders. Must be able to deliver with minimal supervision. This role focuses on developing and maintaining ITSM workflows and modules within the ServiceNow platform. Responsibilities include performing platform administration tasks such as managing users, roles, and permissions, as well as assisting with integrations and customizations as needed. The individual will collaborate closely with business analysts and stakeholders to deliver effective solutions, participate in testing and deployment activities, and ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment. Additional duties include troubleshooting and resolving platform issues and maintaining clear documentation for all development and configuration work. This position pays $10-$12/ hour. Skills and Requirements • 3-5 years of ServiceNow development experience with ITSM focus. • Experience with platform administration and configuration. • Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting. • Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices. • Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow scripting. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to establish strong relationships internally and externally. • Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. • Experience with AI, Virtual Agent, Robot Process Automation (RPA) • Certified System Administrator (CSA) • Certified Application Developer (CAD)
