Handle escalated system-related incidents from L1 teams, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Perform advanced troubleshooting for servers, storage systems, and operating systems (Windows Server, Linux). System monitoring & maintenance
Monitor system performance and health using tools like SolarWinds and Nagios.
Conduct regular maintenance, including patch management, firmware updates, and backups. Configuration & deployment
Assist in the configuration, installation, and deployment of servers, storage solutions, and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V). Documentation & reporting
