Job Description
A client of Insight Global is seeking a motivated Junior Business Analyst / Quality Assurance Analyst to support the analysis, testing, and delivery of enhancements on our ServiceNow platform. This hybrid role requires a detail-oriented individual who can gather and document business requirements as well as develop and execute test plans to ensure high-quality solutions. Must be able to work in fast-paced environment, often requiring collaboration with various teams and stakeholders. Must be able to deliver with minimal supervision.
This role centers on collaborating with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and identify process improvement opportunities. The individual will assist in defining acceptance criteria and support user acceptance testing (UAT), while also developing, executing, and maintaining test cases and scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing. Responsibilities include identifying, documenting, and tracking defects, and working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution. The role also supports training and communication efforts related to new or updated ServiceNow functionality, maintains clear documentation for both business requirements and testing activities, and actively participates in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality and efficiency.
This position pays $9/hour. Compensation may vary due to experience level.

Skills and Requirements
• 2-3 years of combined business analysis and quality assurance experience with ServiceNow (ITSM / ITOM modules preferred).
• Experience using Automated Test Framework (ATF) and/or other tools for test automation.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), testing methodologies, and business analysis best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to establish strong relationships internally and externally.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
