L2 Lotus Notes Administrator
Position Description:

. 6+ years of expertise in Lotus Domino servers and Notes administration.
. Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain Lotus Domino servers and Notes clients.
. Manage user accounts, groups, mail files, access controls, and security configurations within Domino.
. Administer Domino Directory, SMTP routing, and mail flow to ensure seamless communication.
. Monitor server performance, system logs, and troubleshoot issues to maintain uptime and stability.
. Handle replication, clustering, database maintenance, and server failover activities.
. Manage Notes ID vaults, certifiers, and security policies to maintain compliance and data integrity.
. Perform backup, restore, archiving, and disaster recovery procedures for Domino servers.
. Apply patches, hotfixes, and version upgrades while ensuring minimal disruption.
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support application integrations with Domino.
. Troubleshoot application issues including forms, views, agents, workflows, and mail-in databases.
. Utilize Domino Designer to analyze and modify Notes databases, UI components, and business logic.
. Develop and enhance applications using Lotus Script, Formula language, @Functions, JavaScript, and HTML.
. Automate operational tasks and improve workflows through custom scripts and agents.
. Respond to incidents, service requests, and provide end-user support as needed.
. Prepare documentation, SOPs, and maintain detailed system configuration records.
. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures for recurring issues.
. Participate in on-call support rotation to ensure 24x7 service availability.
