Job Description Insight Global is seeking an L2/L3 IT Support Admin for a 1-month project (with possible extensions), with our client, an American energy storage company, based in Berkeley, CA. This Admin will be supporting a large corporate office made up of Windows and Mac users. This person will be resolving L2 & L3 support tickets, new hire/new user setups (peripheral setup, user account creation, laptop/desktop provisioning, assigning permissions, security setup). The ideal candidate will have some MS 365 Administration experience, for tasks such as; managing user accounts, licenses and groups; configuring and troubleshooting Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams; creating and managing user accounts, groups, and organizational units in Active Directory; group policy management in AD; etc. We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
