Cognizant is seeking an L2 Audio Video Ops Engineer for a full-time opportunity in Santa Clara, CA. The salary range for this role is between $63500 to $74500 depending on skills and qualifications of the candidate. Applications will be accepted till 10/21/2025. Responsibilities: · Update tickets to keep user informed of the status of Incident. · Daily check of open incidents assigned to group. · Navigate Zoom Dashboard · Ability to view Zoom Room online/offline status. · Put Room under construction as well as set active after it is fixed. · Activation Codes for Zoom Rooms · Use Zoom Room Web controller · Test rooms with Field Support Teams · Access Screen Meet for rebooting machines and removing any windows notifications pop ups. · Work with L1 FS to further troubleshoot rooms · Assist DT AV with logistic support. · Provides solutions from a pre-determined knowledge base Qualifications: Basic Networking skills. 3 years of experience with Zoom Platform. 3 years of experience with Zoom dashboard and Zoom Room Web Controller.
